About us
About GLVI
We are a technology and innovation consultancy with a focus on safety-critical applications.
Our mission is to make complex technological projects implementable responsibly – from the inception to safe operation. We combine technical understanding, regulatory expertise, and hands-on experience from development, operations, and leadership.
Our self-image
Our work is based on first-hand experience: we know systems not only from concept papers, but from our own development and operational practice.
We are often brought in when no established solutions or standards yet exist. In these situations, we create structure, assess risks, and support our clients in making sound, realistic decisions based on solid expertise.
Our perspective on technology, safety, and responsibility
For us, technology is not an end in itself.
We view safety as an integral part of every system – not as an afterthought.
Responsibility means clearly defining boundaries, transparently identifying risks, and asking uncomfortable questions when necessary.
Our ambition is to develop solutions that are safe, sustainable, and economically viable.
